On the Gimp tool bar, click on where it says brush and it will give you differet tips and sizes, and the slider below it that says scale is for changing the sze of the brush!

GIMP's would be nice, but its interface is... kinda weird. I'll never know how to actually use it (3 windows, huge icons, and how the hell do I change the brush's size?)

Yeah, I've had dialup for such a long time. I know what a pain it can be; but the file size on this one isn't too bad, unless you have siblings and parents who are constantly kicking you off of the family computer.

Of course, you could always consider downloading a free download manager that saves the progress on your downloads and resumes right where you left off. That was often a lifesaver for me. I wish I could remember what that program was called.....

Hello! I don't work here; but those guys are often busy; and I know the answer to this question! So I hope you don't mind me jumping in.

Yes, just go to the brushes dialog and resize your brushes with the little slider thing that you see there labeled "Scale:"

I discovered this by accident.
